Alicia Diamond is passionate about helping owners achieve ambitious goals with a modern, right-sized team approach.

Her team includes best-in-class operators and subject matter experts, all fractional, and all eager to help owners achieve their goals.

Alicia started her career in SMB as the operating partner for a regional chain of gelato cafes.

She migrated to working in tech, sharpening her operations skills under the scrutiny of world-class investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Collaborative Fund, Obvious Ventures.

As a COO and Chief of Staff, she led operations across diverse industries: software, financial technology, consumer brands, and manufacturing.
